A Brief History:

South West Railways was formed during May of 2007 after expansion from the previous 'Paignton Railway Centre', based on the railways around Paignton. It was decided as much of the content on the website was based away from Paignton, that a re-branding was appropriate. This resulted in the birth of 'South West Railways'. Since its expansion the website has proved popular and we hope to be able to expand in the future. We are always looking for your comments and if you have any please don't hesitate to contact us.
