	43009 'First Transforming Travel' departs Tiverton Parkway with the 0650 Penzance - London Paddington service, into beautifully clear blue skies
	With clouds building on the horizon, 43301 slows for its stop with the 0600 Leeds - Plymouth
	43366 is seen on the rear of the service, having terminated at Plymouth, it will then go on to form the 1221 towards Edinburgh
	43122 sits on the rear of the 1304 to London Paddington at Exeter St Davids. Despite leaving Plymouth a few minutes late, it was early by Exeter, probably owing to the lack of coach E
	Surrounded by autumnal trees, 143612 slows to a stop at Digby & Sowton on the Exmouth branch line with a service to Paignton
	With engineering works on the West of England line to London Waterloo, South West trains were operating a two hourly shuttle to Honiton. With a week long closure they should hope that there are no mechanical faults with the two 159s trapped from their home depot at Salisbury
	143612 departs towards Paignton heading into the countryside...
	43094 slows to stop at Exeter with the 1206 Paddington - Penzance, which runs non stop from Reading to Exeter. From the December timetable change this will mean passengers can travel to Plymouth in 3 hours dead
	At Plymouth, the heavens had opened as Arriva 150231 sits awaiting it's next duty. These units have been on short term hire to First Great Western and occasionally return to Cardiff Canton for routine maintenance and exams
	An HST set sits in Plymouth in the pouring rain, however its booked working of the 1657 to London was delayed owing to a problem on the set. As a consequence another train was mustered from nearby Laira to work forwards
	Having started its day in Scotland, 43303 prepares to return to Leeds with the 1721 departure. Sitting at a table on a Cross Country train is a novel experience and the use of an HST greatly reduces your chance of this happening!!
