43160 working the 1657 Plymouth - London Paddington service accelerates past 142063 working the 1711 Paignton - Exmouth at Dawlish Warren

158883 departs Dawlish Warren whist working the Saturdays only 1420 London Waterloo - Penzance service. This service to cease operating from December 2009. The train, whilst operate by South West Trains, is crewed by First Great Western south of Exeter, due to route knowledge problems for South West Trains crews south of Plymouth.

43285 rounds the curve passing Dawlish Warren whilst working the 1721 Plymouth - Leeds service. The choppy water in the background shows how windy it was.

43357 was on the rear of the train. The train is passing a selection of old carriages, used for holidays.

In a very lucky spell of sunshine, a tatty looking 37670 'St Blazey T&RSD' leads 37401 whilst working the return "Cornish Parker" 1Z74 1635 Par - Crewe. The train was operated by 'Pathfinder Tours' and visited the rare Parkandillick freight only branch. The set including 37670 then headed to its namesake depot, of St Blazey for servicing. Who would have thought 37670 would ever return to St Blazey?
